Update on Technical Difficulties Following the ART 3.1 Upgrade

We and other HMIS providers have been working with Bowman Systems over the past weeks reporting bugs and documenting user issues. Today Bowman systems came out with the following news flash.

“Update on Technical Difficulties Following the ART 3.1 Upgrade
Many customers have experienced connectivity issues on their ART sites. To expedite a resolution Bowman Systems will begin working with a BOXI Consultant to adjust necessary configurations to address and correct these issues. Work with the consultant will begin on Thursday, February 12th and continue over several days. We will provide an update via NewsFlash once ART is operating normally again.”

BOXI refers to the Business Objects software which ART is build on. The ART 3.1 upgrade was an upgrade to that Business Objects underpinning. We are posting this here just to reassure folks that this is being worked on and will hopefully ART will soon be back in the pink.
