ServicePoint performance issues update

We received another update from Bowman around recent performance issues with ServicePoint:

“Many of our customers have reported continued errors or performance issues using ServicePoint.

Accordingly, we have thoroughly reviewed our server hardware and network performance and have found nothing specific in our data center or network that would cause these issues.

While an exact cause has not yet been identified, there does appear to be a pattern emerging with the majority of errors being reported from users who are using Google Chrome.

We will continue our investigation and search for a solution and will keep you updated on our progress.

In the meantime, if you encounter issues using Google Chrome we suggest you temporarily switch to Mozilla Firefox.

We understand that this is a work-around as opposed to a permanent solution.
