Fixed – problem where Exit date for client could not be saved

March 1, 2013

It was rare, but we had a couple of cases where the exit date for a client could not be saved. This prevented recording the clients exit date. This was a “bug” in ServicePoint. The fix for this as applied worked. If you have had this issue please go back to that client and exit them.

Question: “I have been in Servicepoint yesterday and today exiting clients.  Do I have to go back and check, or am I all set?”

Answer: “This only impacts a few records where it would have been obvious to you that the exit date did not save when you are working with the record. If you did not notice that as a problem while you were working in the record you do not need to go back and check on your records”
