Printing ART reports from Internet Explorer, problem solved?

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and are UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD REPORTS.

In a recent update to Internet Explorer 8, the Save As window no longer displays when users attempt to save reports locally to their PC. In its current state users will be unable to save reports in Internet Explorer when exported to a PDF, Excel, or CSV format. Bowman has come up with instructions for fixing this issue.

Note: This solution requires changing settings in Internet Explorer. Depending on your organizations policies you may require assistance from your organizations IS or IT department to implement this fix.
