This short video introduces the new “No Backdating” work flow.  This work flow is remarkably simple and strait forward. It will eliminate some common data errors.

This work flow represents our increasing understanding of new ServicePoint 5 features and ongoing work to make data entry as easy and accurate as possible.

We had intended to roll this modified data entry work flow in a stepwise fashion starting with those who attended the APR trainings the first of August. But the rumor mill being what it is, the word has gone out that things have changed. This video outlines the new work flow.
