In the ART Statistics folder there are two new reports replacing the existing reports.
“Client Income at Entry and Exit v1.0″ is an updated report to show the income at entry and currently or at exit.
“Program Demographics Report – (0323) ME v2.5″ is an updated version of the ServicePoint report.
This report started out as a standard Bowman Systems created report. It is currently in Beta (testing). It seemed so useful that I had to do some testing on it and while I needed to do a couple of improvements it should be available to all.
The video will give the basic use information. It would be good to get feedback on this report so that we can have input into the final Bowman report based on what ‘real’ users of the report see. Please send any comments on this report using the help form.
There is a new report available in ART for voucher-based programs such as Shelter Plus Care, BRAP, and STEP. The report is intended to help voucher programs report on where they are leasing up clients, by calculating the CoC, Region or County where the client is leased based on the Client’s Current Zip Code as recorded in HMIS. Please view the short video below for more information about how to run the report and use it:
The 2011 AHAR (Annual Homeless Assessment Report) is due no later than January 13, 2012, but before the data can be finalized we need your help! Specifically we need you to look at your data for the 2011 AHAR period (which was October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011) and make sure that the data is as clean as possible.
In order to help you with this task, the HMIS Team created an ART report that will show you your AHAR data. Please view the following video in order to learn more about the report and what it can do for you:
If you have any questions about the video contents, or how to run the report in ART, or even questions like “why are we doing another data cleanup?” please feel free to submit a Help Desk ticket using the “Help” link above.
The HMIS Team thanks you for your time and dedication to having clean data for the 2011 AHAR!
The two CoC UDE data completeness and DKR reports are designed to give feedback on the basic completeness and the use of Don’t Know and Refused (DKR) to answer UDE questions. These reports are designed to report on programs in a CoC. There are other similar reports which are designed to give more detailed reports for a single type of program.
The CoC UDE data completeness and DKR v2.4.1 and CoC UDE data completeness and DKR Detail v2.4.1 reports have been updated based on feedback from users. The video will outline the biggest change, use of what are called input controls to make the report more flexible. The pdf linked to below the video gives much the same information as a document.
The “4C-HMIS Participation for 2011 NOFA” report is a report designed to provide the answers you will need when filling out the 4C section of the NOFA. The report itself is a very simple report which reports the number of clients recorded for a provider in HMIS / ServicePoint and their data quality.
Click below to access an instructional video for how to run the report, as well as written instructions.
The following download is a pdf with instructions for using the CoC Data Completeness Reports. These instructions are also available to download in ART from the CoC folder.
We have a new Program Participation (Occupancy) Report. This video will provide an introduction to that report and provide detailed instructions on it’s use.
On April 20, 2011, two GoTo meetings were conducted to discuss data completeness/quality expectations of shelters receiving 2011 shelter funds from MaineHousing. This is the PowerPoint outlining the expectations as well as the process by which MaineHousing will monitor for compliance with the standards.
May 24th: ServicePoint was down briefly this morning due to a problem with regularly scheduled maintenance. The system is now back up. Please let us know if you experience any issues accessing ServicePoint.
Thank you.
