HPRP Data entry tip from Sarah, many of here financial assistance records had missing data.

“I think I know what may have happened. In the new version of Service Point when entering financial entries you cannot enter data as HPRP Stabilization Services and simply change the “Provider” field when entering services. If it is done this way, the second assistance type field only presents a stabilization services menu, such as case management, and not the financial assistance type, such as rental assistance. In getting to know this new service point I very well may have entered data this way and left that field blank thinking that it wasn’t necessary.”
