Dont know, Refused?

The update to ServicePoint 4.06 has been completed. At first look, There is not a lot that seems changed.
One change is that many questions in the HUD data elements is the addition of Don’t Know and Refused to the options. This and other changes in 4.06 bring ServicePoint into compliance with the new HUD rules.
